Our state-of-the-art IT systems enable our engineers to respond quickly to every breakdown. Each PSS Heatcare vehicle is fitted with a tracker system enabling our Heatcare co-ordinators to identify which engineer is ideally placed to attend.
Each engineer carries a hand-held computer, which enables us to download jobs instantly & allows our engineers to keep us informed of estimated times of arrival, parts required &
job status.
• First Year boiler service - carried out by a fully
qualified CORGI engineer. Remember to ensure your second year warranty from the manufacturer - you must have a first year service.
• Second Year boiler service FREE if you take out the PSS Heatcare Extended Warranty.
