PSS (Midlands) Limited was established in 1988 by the owners of the company - Nigel & Sue White. The company was primarily conceived to offer a Professional
Plumbing & Heating service to the National House Builder, encompassing Design, Estimation, Contract Management & After Care Service.
Over the years, PSS has grown steadily, sticking to its’ core values - Quality, Consistency & Professionalism. We pride
ourselves on being a family owned business with good old-fashioned ‘Family Values’ yet with the corporate efficiency.
At PSS, we have made major investments into all aspects of the business - especially concentrating on our new Customer Care
department, which now operates as a stand-alone division within the company. PSS Heatcare & its dedicated team is totally
committed to offering You - our customer, the very highest level of After Care Service.
If it is a first year Boiler Service (An NHBC Requirement to ensure your second year warranty) or an Extended Warranty on your heating system, PSS
Heatcare can offer the complete After Care service. Who better to maintain & care for your system than the original installers! No wasted time
waiting for a survey to see if you qualify for an extended warranty – we installed your system & would be proud to maintain it.
