We will carry out checks on all or selected appliances at your property and issue a Landlord Gas Safety Record. This will be valid for 12 months from date of issue. By ensuring that the gas appliances are safe, landlords can be sure that they meet their legal obligations.
AppointmentsPSS will when possible make a mutual convenient appointment which will suit your tenant’s arrangements to carry out the work. We can collect a key and carry out the work without you needing to be there or call 30 minutes before arriving.
