It is recommended that your boiler is checked and serviced annually; this ensures that your boiler is safe and prolongs its life long past the warranty period.

Your system is probably at the end of its warrantee period or due to expire shortly and PSS would like to give you the opportunity to book a Free Safety Check on your central heating boiler. If you are a private customer and not one of the above developments we would still be happy to offer you this service. One of our friendly experienced engineers would inspect your central heating system (take approximately 30 minutes) and make the following checks:

• Carry out a gas tightness test on the installation
• Visually inspect you boiler and controls for safe operation
• Check ventilation for compliance for Gas Safety Regulations
• Provide a short report on the above findings
• Offer advice on further Service Cover available
